Is this available to Internationals?

It's only available to US and Canada right now. However, if you already have an online enrollment system you can add the "Enroll Now" button to the locator by adding the website link to the "Enroll Now URL" field found under the "Studios" tab in your Profile. Once you've done that, just add your schedule.

Why does my previous semester still show on the locator?

Once your classes meet the end date the status will change to complete and will be removed from the locator. You can check the status under "Class Schedule" found under "My Programs". If it hasn't met the date, you need to select the class and either change the date or change the status to complete.

Will the system know when my classes are full?

Yes, you'll add the number of "Max Req. Students" when setting up your classes and once it meets that number the class will automatically go full.

If I choose to prorate will it just protate the tuition and still charge for the materials?

Yes, even if the parent signs up on the last day it will still charge them for the materials.

How do I add students to a class that did not enroll through EZ Enroll?

Our IT team is currently working on an easier solution but for now you can enroll them through the parent side and just choose "Cash" as the method of payment.

What if I'm using Your Virtuoso?

We're still waiting on information from Your Virtuoso so instructions will be coming soon. For now please refer to "What if I already have an existing site?" question.

What if I'm using Jack Rabbit?

Go to your Profile, click on the "Contact" tab, next to "Class Schedule Scource" click on the drop down box and choose Jack Rabbit. Once you've done that it will automatically upload your schedule from Jack Rabbit into EZ Enroll. Next step is to go to "Studios" tab, type in the "Jack Rabbit Location ID" provided to you from Jack Rabbit. Parents will be able to click on your classes listed on the locator and it will take them straight to your site. In addition to that, if you'd like to have the "Enroll Now" button appear on the locator as well, that takes them to your site, you can add your URL to the "Enroll Now URL" field under the "Studios" tab in your Profile, and then click "Update".

How do I give refunds?

Educators will provide refunds via check or cash. On-line refund processing will be considered in future upgrades.

How can add an EZE link to my existing site?

For now, and our IT dept is working on an easier solution, but go to the locator, find your studio location, click on your "Enroll Now" button, on that page copy the URL, and then paste it somewhere on your site.

What if I already have an existing site?

If you currently have an existing site, you'll be able to link the "Enroll Now" button to your site by going to "Profile", "Studios", and then adding your link to the "Enroll Now URL" field, and then click "Update". Next step add your schedule to the "Class Schedule". Once you've done that go to the locator to make sure the "Enroll Now' appears on the locator under your studio.

Will I be able to charge my families a monthly fee?

Currently, there are only two options to offer parents, "Pay in Full" and "Deposit due at registration with balance due on first day of class". Other payment options will be considered in future upgrades. However, if they are paying by check or cash, they'll pay the despoit at registration and you can work with them on a one on one basis to except monthly payments from them. Obviuously this will not work if they choose to pay by credit card.

How will I know if someone has enrolled?

You and the parent will receive a confirmation by email. You can also go to your "Class Roster" in the Teacher's Lounge under "My Programs".

How much is the merchant (credit card) fee?

2.65% + 30 cent transaction fee. And this will be deducted before deposited into your account.

How often will my money be deposited?

Kindermusik will initiate weekly ACH deposits to your account on Tuesdays. ACH transactions are usually processed within 1-3 day business days by the individual banks.

How can I combine my Village units as a one 15 week semster instead of a two 8 week semester?

This is something our IT dept is currently working on but for now if you just choose one unit, combine your total price, and adjust your dates accordingly.
